Dr. Pepper is a registered nurse and a board certified chiropractor with a diverse experience in complex care and sports medicine. Dr. Katie uses a patient-centerer, evidence based approach to meet the needs of her patients through a combination of: myofascial release, adjustments/mobilizations, neuro-functional acupuncture and therapeutic exercise. Special interests include paediatric care, concussion management, sports injuries and spinal stenosis. Dr. Pepper enjoys weight lifting, yoga and walking her dog, Ursa, in her spare time.
