What is Chiropractic?

Dr. Hodges" approach is very different from what most people perceive as chiropractic care.  Dr. Hodges uses a combination of techniques including muscle release, chiropractic, medical acupuncture, Rehabilitation Pilates and corrective exercises in each individualized treatment plan. Every patient is different and every patient’s needs differ. Dr. Hodges is ready to tackle your specific individual needs and create a custom and individualized program of care to suit your specific health concerns. Doctor Hodges treats all muscles, joints, tendons, aches and pains in the human body. She has a family practice, meaning everyone is welcome!

Dr. Stav Morfidis, DC

Dr. Stav Morfidis is an evidence based practitioner, who strives to help patients achieve their health and wellness goals. She has a Kinesiology degree from Western University and obtained her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College. She is a birth doula and certified in Medical Acupuncture from McMaster University. Being new to the Niagara region, she is excited to get involved in the community and explore the area. She also enjoys yoga, skiing and cooking.
