Suzanne Hamm, RMTI knew from a fairly young age that I wanted to become a massage therapist. After high school in St. Catharines, I enrolled at Ontario College of Health and Technology and graduated from their Massage Therapy program in 2011.
Since becoming registered massage therapist in the Niagara Region, I have worked in various areas of massage therapy, and am now proud to call Dalhousie Health and Wellness my home. |
Deep Tissue & TherapeuticDeep tissue and therapeutic massage target the deeper layers of muscles and fascia. It will release knots and trigger points, increase blood flow and circulation, as well as improving the range of motion in joints and muscles. This is a great technique for sports injuries and daily aches and pains.

Hot Stone & Relaxation MassageA hot stone massage has all the benefits of a therapeutic massage. Warm stones are placed on specific pressure points to warm up muscles for a deeper and more efficient massage that will also improve circulation. Additional benefits include reduced anxiety and stress, promotes sleep, and improves your immune system.

Prenatal MassageThere are many benefits to adding pregnancy massage to your prenatal care. It is a soothing and safe treatment for mom-to-be and baby that relieves pressure on weight-bearing joints. It helps with upper and lower back problems, sciatica, and tired achy muscles.
